I think the thing that is the biggest problem about this otherwise engaging show, is that people at home really can't be judges like you can on other series. On the Apprentice, it's easy to yell as far as which persons should be fired. On Project Runway and America's Next Top Model, you can tell what you like as far as modelling and design styles. But this show...unless you go to the BravoTv website and make them yourself, you can't know what the dish tastes like for sure...and even then, you can't tell what their particular creation of the dish tastes like.

A group of aspiring chefs, both professionally trained and self-taught, compete in a series of culinary challenges. Each week, one contestant will be eliminated by a group of well-known judges.
