I love Top Chef as well as Hells Kitchen how ever I expected more from Top Chef Because I think how you peform in the kitchen is just as important as what you create. I thinkHung was a good choice except I watched the entire years eppisodes as I do every year I saw him rushing around the kitchen with knives in his hands almost hurt one of the other competators. He dropped a glass bottle of oil on the floor and did not clean it up putting himself and his other chefs in danger of slipping and falling. A chef means being resposible for your actions in the kitchen as well. However what really bothered me is one of the judges saw this and said nothing .So in review I think he was a danger in the kitchen to himself and others. Food is half of being a chef, a quarter of it is creativity, and a quarter is looking out for yourself and others, as you do your work. As a former Chef myself its important to stress this as well, if you are truly going to be TOP CHEF. I think where saftey and creativity was very apparent was in Dale, NOT Hung.
