As a person who's passionate about food and cooking, I must chime in my congrats on a show, very well done. Whoever directs, and creates this show; edits, etc., does a really masterful job. I imagine it's a group of very creative and outstanding people. Your show deserves an Emmy and I know you were up for one but I think I had to change over to Bravo and catch up on a missed episode.

The show has everything. It's easy on the eyes(Padma), and people like to look at food too. It has suspense; people love competitions, guests are great, and the interactions between all parties is really handled and projected masterfully. It mirrors in some ways, the management and flow of a good restuarant, and what could be more appropriate than that.

I must say that when I first started watching the show I was a bit put off by how harsh some of the contestants were treated. But after watching more, some of the earlier contestants deserved a swift kick in the arse. You made very tough judging decisions this whole last episode; again, great job!!!
