About The Show
After Thanksgiving dinner, Beth Sager and her longtime boyfriend Joe make a wish on the turkey wishbone. Beth, who was recently passed over for a promotion and unhappy in her relationship with Joe, wishes for a new life. The next day, Beth realizes her wish has come true when she wakes up in an alternative universe. In this new place, Beth is an award-winning producer of a top-rated television show and married to her ex-boyfriend Nick, a handsome sports celebrity. There are many startling differences and similarities between the two worlds; as much as Beth enjoys her new life, she is elated to see Joe, and she becomes jealous when she sees Joe with her arch-nemesis Alana. Working on a project with Alana and Joe, Beth remembers why she fell in love with Joe. She soon regrets her wish and searches for a way to return to her old life and love.
