I love this show. I love seeing people get that "WOW" feeling when they have been feeling like life has been beating them down. I cry on every show.

Which is another reason I'm writing. I'm not asking this to be critical at all!....but do you not select elderly people for home makeovers?
My Aunt is 80-82. She's very mobile. Her husband is now in a nursing home. They were sad victims of the horrible Iowa Flood this past year. Their town was wiped out and is basically a ghost town. Only 5 people have rebuilt. Her home of 60 years was destroyed. FEMA gave her a cheap little trailer to live in next to her destroyed home. This woman worked all her life and even served her country during the War, I just feel so sad to think that this is what she ends up with after all her hardwork. She can't afford to rebuild. FEMA didn't give her much since the house was 60 years old and they didn't cover anything inside. She lost everything. I am still in disbelief that they set up a trailer in this ghost town for her to live in and have to stare out at her demolished home..... how depressing. I have pictures which are very graphical. If this is a case you would consider, she "does not" need the fancy ones you normally build. She would just be speechless with a simple home to live her remaining years in. She couldn't afford the taxes on any big fancy home anyway. Thanks for listening. God Bless you for all those you have touched and helped!!!!
