I've seen many episodes. Besides a couple of bosses who rewarded the employees fairly, the other 95% of bosses continue to demonstrate their greed, selfishness, haughtiness, lack of understanding, compassion, empathy and recognition of the employees contribution to the company' success. Giving an employee 5,000 is giving them spare change. This amount given to employees by the bosses is like giving a penny away.
