About The Show
Mr. Chapel is a man with no first name and no past. He spends his free time crafting unique punishments for criminals who have outsmarted the legal system. He never uses a gun, and he doesn't kill. His assistant, KC Griffin, a beautiful, young law clerk who was once a victim of crime, feeds Mr. Chapel information on the guily who have gone free or the innocent who have been wrongly accused. In spite of her fascination and fondness for Mr. Chapel, she's determined to keep him from going too far.
