Veronica tries to clear Weevil of fraud and theft charges after campus debit cards under dubious names begin to surface. She soon finds that a clique of privileged Hearst students have set up a system to defraud the school so they can use the debit cards to get whatever they want, and they conveniently picked Weevil to take the fall to deflect attention away from them. But Veronica's had enough of rich, entitled kids running around unchecked, blaming the poor kids for their actions and manages to get the kids to confess their crime. Meanwhile, Wallace notices that he's being followed by a mystery man; Dick's self-medicating isn't helping him deal with the strain of his father's return or the lingering pain from the death of his brother; Keith debates Vinnie on Piz's radio show; and, Logan finds out that there's a sex tape of Veronica and Piz floating around the internet and confronts Piz -- violently.
