In season one, while observing various dysfunctions in the relationships of his married friends, a thirtysomething bachelor who longs to settle down struggles to figure out his next right move and ignore that, unfortunately, Ms. Right appears to be his best friend's fiancee. In season two, Brian tries to get over Marjorie and patch things up with Adam after he breaks up their wedding. Adam tries to move on.
