"Monk" will see some changes to the show when it returns for a seventh season (though we're sure the obsessive compulsive detective isn't thrilled with change.) After the tragic death of actor Stanley Kamel, who played Monk's therapist, Dr. Charles Kroger, this spring, the show has decided not to replace his character with another actor but will instead introduce a new therapist to be played by Emmy-winner Hector Elizondo. If only this new therapist knew what he's in for with a patient like Mr. Monk... he probably wouldn't want the job.
