Two brothers who are polar opposites manage the inner-city Los Angeles law firm, Sparks, Sparks & Sparks, founded by their ready-to-retire father. While each son is dedicated to the family profession, Maxey is a flashy womanizer and Greg is serious, straitlaced and a seeker of the high road. The brothers share the office with their father and a young, good-looking female attorney to whom they are both attracted.
