I am disappointed to see how caddy and irresponsible people are on the show. There seems to be a great lack of team work and too many huge egos.

Anything that requires actual work seems their biggest weakness. I don't know how the owners allow their employees to run the business. Perhaps they should remember what customer service is because they are embarrassing themselves.

They are an insult to blondes.

I don't know why this show entertains me except that I am always surprised to see how so many shallow people found each other but still can't get along. To the staff, get an education and build a meaningful career. Find your passion and grow. Your passion can't possibly be spraying paint on people. If this is your way of getting into acting, watching this does not do you justice. It makes you look like you came from the shallow end of the gene pool. To the owners, get a business education. If you had one, it doesn't show. You need a full spectrum of management classes.
I won't be watching any more episodes. Back to the Animal Planet.

THE OWNERS OF SUNSET HAD BIG BREASTED, AIR HEADS COMPETTING FOR A MANAGER SPOT IN LAS VEGAS THAT REALLY NO ONE DESERVED!!! WHY IN THE HECK ARE THEY NOT SEARCHING FOR THE REAL HARD WORKING PEOPLE IN THE HOLE USA???THAT IS THE WHY THOSE PEOPLE DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THE JOB THEY HAVE!!!! ANYWAYS HOW COME YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY OTHER EPISODES??

I like the show its funny but there is no way i am staying up till 3am to watch it so can you tell me what happened after they fired the olly girls? they were so dumb but they were the show and is jeff straight? anyways let me know.
