Erik worries that he's the next to go and Ozzy is frustrated with being labeled "leader." Jason catches a rat for his team to eat. Parvati, Alexis, Natalie, and Amanda form an alliance. Ozzy and Alexis are sent to Exile Island, which keeps them from competing in the Rewards/Immunity Challenge, but grants them individual immunity for that night's tribal council. The Airai tribe wins Immunity and the pizza party. On Exile Island, Ozzy learns that his fake immunity idol has been taken. Ami is sent home.
