Can't wait to see it

It sounds like the person reviewing below is a redneck racist! These men are hilarious and obviously they are hilarious or they wouldn't be making the money they have made and they wouldn't have all the fame.
Can't wait to see it!

I can't wait to see this show! I have been a fan of his since I first listened to him on The Blue Collar Comedy CD and then saw him on the Comedy Channel!
(love all the guys actually)..
I believe tv needs a show like this and from what I've seen from the previews, it sure looks GOOD! CAN'T WAIT!!

Why Bother?
June 12, 2008
the Bill Engvall Show, while well produced, just isn't any good. This despite the awsome Nancy Travis, who is always worth watching. (There's a reason they called it Almost Perfect)
Bill, the writing is so pedestrian there's just no reason for thinking people to watch. We can watch Nancy on DVD. That said I hope the rest of america watches, because you seem like a nice guy.
Buy the way tell Nancy we love her.

Been done before....

I watched the show... it was ok I guess. But nothing to be excited about or to look forward too each week. Bill Engvall is very funny and he does a good job on the show. To be expected as he writes the episodes. The wife is a bad actress and brings you out of what little comedy the show has. The actors playing the children are great as well especialy the older brother. Very funny.
The sad truth though is that this sitcom format of a Dad a Mom and a few kids has been beat to death... To survive you need a unique format.
This show will last a few months at best. 10 episodes maybe. At best it will last 2 years like The Jeff Foxworthy Show.

Surprisingly Great...
July 18, 2008
Found the show by accident and wound up really liking it. All of the episodes are smart, funny and charming. It comes on late for me and my family, but now we just record it and watch it later.
TBS should put the show in a different time slot with another family show. The Bill Engvall Show comes on right after re-runs of Family Guy, so it's hard to find, not to mention I won't let my kids watch that show.
I think the writing is really good and the cast is outstanding. I wish there were more shows like it on TV! Fun, funny wholesome sitcom. Hard to find anymore. Keep doing what you're doing, I love it!!
