A contemporary version of the romantic comedy by Neil Simon based on the 1977 feature of the same name. Paula is a divorced mother, and ex-Broadway dancer, who learns that her lover has left her only when aspiring actor Elliot arrives to sublet the apartment in the middle of the night. Their uneasy truce blossoms into love.
