Episode Description
Doug's boss O'Boyle has to go to rehab and asks Doug and Deacon to fill in. Initially Doug wants Deacon to do it, but then after talking with Carrie, Doug decides he wants to show Carrie that he can be a supervisor. Doug messes up doing the job and wants Deacon to take back over, but Deacon doesn't want to lose his job. Doug goes to visit O'Boyle in rehab to get some advice. Meanwhile, Carrie gets in trouble for mouthing off to her boss about the holiday gift he gave the secretaries.
