The plot is very interesting,so is the premise. The show is very suspenceful The characters are likeable,interesting and offbeat. You find yourself trying to figure it out only to be wrong and in some instances very much so.A refreshing change from the same old tired TV fare.

I love SciFi shows. Most shows are similar to each other. Such as Sliders and Quantum Leap. It is rare to find a show that is actually original. It is a shame that the show was only a mini-series as it would be nice to see what the rest of the objects do. And, what happens to the main character now that he is an "Object"? Hummm, so many unanswered questions in hopes of continuation.

I was hooked from the first episode. The story behind The Lost Room peels away in layers and becomes more exciting as more of its mysteries are revealed. A wonderful cast including Julianna Margulies as Jennifer Bloom and Peter Krause as Detective Joe Miller give awesome performances. Joe Miller's plight is one many will relate to and sympathize with. Surprises and suspense abound. You won't lose interest for a moment and will be rooting for Detective Miller the whole time. Along the way you will get to meet a variety of flawed characters that have compelling stories and ambitions that unfold and intersect in a variety of interesting ways.

If you don't have Sci Fi channel, find someone who does and watch this. You won't look at everyday objects the same way ever again.

I am not a regular watcher of the Sci Fi channel. So when I decided to try the Lost Room I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I wrong!!! This show is great!!! I like it just as much as Lost on NBC. I'm disappointed that it is only a 3 episode mini-series. If this become a regular show I would definately watch every week!!!
Maybe Sci-Fi will turn it into a series and even I (a 38 year old mom) will become a Sci Fi regular.
