Episode Description

Roy comes into the office to punch Jim. As Roy is headed towards him, Dwight pepper sprays him in the eyes, taking him down. Roy is fired, leaving most of his work to Darryl, who wants a raise. While Michael tries some negotiation tactics on him, he realizes two things - that Darryl makes more money than he does, and that he is wearing a woman's suit. Michael goes to Jan to try and negotiate a bigger salary for himself. Meanwhile, Jim tries to repay Dwight, and Angela is turned on by the story of Dwight's bravery.
