I think you have made a GREAT mistake in selecting Drew Carey. He has as much personality as a potato with contestants. Find someone that relates better with people and not treat them like "lets get this overwith". Admit you've made a mistake and move on. I will not be watching the show any longer.

Drew Carey doesn't fit in the role - possibly because he really doesn't appear to enjoy being part of it. I appears he is just there because they made the offer and he just thought he would give it a try. Even more - the whole set is terrible - way to busy - and with colors that go back to 1950 - it is a very gloomy look - not bright and cheerful like before. For me and my friends - we have given up watching it - will check in now and then to see if changes have been made, Bring back the clean crisp look it once had with a person that wants to grow with the show - it will show on his face.

I have watched several episodes of the new Price is Right and I must say, Drew Carey is horrible!!! He is as dead as a doorknob. No expression in his voice, no enthusiasm, no charisma, and most importantly not rapore with the audience. For the life of me, I cannot understand how a group of intelligent producers could pick a dullard like Drew. Why didn't they give the job to John O'Hurley, he would have been a fantastic pick. He has a similar look to Bob Barker, older man with full head of gray hair, and unlike Drew, he has loads of personality. If they don't make a change, I predict, this will be the last season of the show.

Drew Cary never shuts his mouth on the Price is Right! He talks way too much and way too fast. It is annoying to watch the show with the non-stop barrage of chatter. I keep hoping he will improve, but it is looking hopeless --- Maybe CBS will get smart and find an appropriate replacement?
