Tony's still in a coma. Silvio is stressing out over being acting boss, and his asthma is acting up. Vito gives Paulie a tip on some drug dealers with lots of cash lying around, and they score a lot of cash (while killing three guys). No one seems very happy with Silvio's decisions on splitting things up -- Vito and Paulie are pissed about the drug money, and Vito and Bobby are pissed that Sil won't make a decision about the Roseville sports book that used to be Gene's. They keep bugging Sil, until he finally has to be hospitalized because he can't breathe. Christopher pays a visit to their writer friend JT (Tim Daly) because Christopher has an idea for a mafia slasher film, with hilarious results. Vito sees Silvio's illness as an opportunity to step up, and his conversations with his cousin-in-law Phil Leotardo only encourage him. Meanwhile, Carmela is trying to hold her family together and collect her share from Paulie and Vito's drug bust. She flips out when AJ talks to the media, and finally goes to talk to Melfi to try to regain some composure, in the process admitting that she knew what Tony was when she married him, and in fact may have married him because of it. PurgaTony (tm sallyrover) is still stuck in Costa Mesa. Finnerty is being sued by the monks, so Tony goes to see them and expresses confusion over his identity. He finds an invitation to a Finnerty family reunion in his briefcase and attends, only to find that the greeter at the door is none other than Diet Tony. While PurgaTony tries to decide whether or not he should go into the well-lighted house, real-life Tony is flatlining. PurgaTony hears Meadow calling to him from a distance and ultimately decides not to go into the light. Real-life Tony wakes up from his coma and appears dazed and disoriented, although everyone seems hopeful for his full recovery.
