Preparing to go to trial, Johnny Sack learns the feds have totaled his net worth for asset forfeiture, finding every last mutual fund. Janice pleads with Tony to make Bobby a captain. Meanwhile Vito and Jim take their relationship to the next level, Jim confronts him about his sports writer gig, Vito comes clean about leaving his wife, kids and a "contracting business" in Jersey. "You can’t tell anyone, ever." Vito pleads, Jim concedes, he gets Vito a handyman job and they move in together.
