The contestants are challenged with cooking for a committment ceremony. The Quickfire Challenge finds each of the chefs competing to create a menu for the couple's nuptuals. The winning chef's menu has to be catered in 18 hours for the event.

The remaining three contestants head to Vegas to compete in the Finale. The Quickfire Challenge turns out to be the Elimination Challenge where the chefs have to prepare a number of dishes for different types of cliental, including two seafood dishes for guests of the High Roller Suite- who turn out to be the last four chefs to have been eliminated.
The two remaining chefs are challenged with creating a five course tasting menu to pair with the wines from Bracco Vineyards for a host of respected food and wine critics, including actress/ winery owner Lorraine Bracco. The four previous eliminated chefs return to help the final contestants in their endeavors. The winner is revealed and wins top of the line kitchen appliances and $100,000.
