Episode Description

Farrah is compelled to hire Charlie, a former fashion model for the company to run the marketing department when he tells her that he is never taken seriously because of his looks. After going to bat for Charlie with Lee and Alan, however, Farrah is forced to work all night to finish a project when he fails to deliver the goods.
