This is absolutely the best show ever! My husband and I watch it every week. Uncle Curtis is great! I also enjoyed the barbershop scenes this season. I think Tyler Perry is doing an excellent job!

I love this show! I love how there are problems with the family and they solve 'em. It is totally great! I also have an intrest in Kalvin! all i have to say is the show should keep going!

I am sorry, I really love and support new black shows, but this was just horrible. Tyler I know you can do better then this. The acting was too staged, and insulting to, in some cases, veteran talent that is far capable of delivering more. As a black man, I though this was written for a 10 year old to enjoy. I know you have made 40 shows already, but brother if they are all this bad you need to really rethink them before they are all released. You can destroy your reputation. Yes it has a stage feel but that just does not come across well on Television. You need to really pull back and look at what you have created, and ask your self do black folks really act this way? Be a little more light with the humor and back it off a little, instead of just throwing line after line of bad jokes. The jokes are bad, there is no character development, it's all just hurtled at you and never delivers. Tyler, do better man. I am counting on you.

All the people who gave this show a good review can not be serious. Any person, especially black people, should be offended by this show. Not only is stereotypical on just about every level, it is borderline coonish. I felt embarrassed and ashamed to be watching this. I don't think I will be watching it any more and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

As a black woman, I expected better. But Tyler Perry decided to take the low road while writing, producing and directing this show. Maybe it was about the money. Watching this show, you would think that a bunch of ignorant white people were behind it. The dialogue did not flow, the set was distracting and the editing was bad. What happened to doing things with excellence? Tyler Perry claims that he was rushed while putting the first few episodes together and it sure looks like it. This show should be added to the list of the things that misshape black America.

Where are the real writers, producers and directors? Where are those who have the courage to take a stand against stereotypes? When will black people be portrayed in a positive light? When will the cooning come to an end?
