Love this show!!
November 30, 2006
I love Betty! She is a pleaser. She almost never thinks of herself first! She doesn't stop to think how something will affect her. It only matters that others are happy. Not that others are happy with her. So many other show characters are only worried about how something will affect them, not Betty!
I wouldn't be surprised if, before this show ends, Daniel falls in love with her as well, odd as it may sound.

A little bit of Betty in everyone
November 21, 2006
If you have ever felt out of place or the ugly duckling, Ugly Betty proves week after week where true beauty lies. Beyond the designer labels, the layers of makeup, and yoyo dieting, the true self is acheived through intelligence, heart, and soul.

Deliciously delightful
November 27, 2006
I got so tired of watching all those reality and crime shows I tuned in to Ugly Betty to see what the hype was about. Well, it is about an amazing performance by America Ferrera balancing a character that is both awkward and winning masterfully. Vanessa Williams is unbelievable as the conniving artistic director and Erik Mabius is both sympathetic and frustrating as the golden son who can't seem to find his way. I must say, it makes me laugh out loud every week and just keeps getting stronger.

bring it betty
November 20, 2006
i really enjoy this feel-good show... i think betty is so loveable and heartfelt. sorry to sound so fluffy... but honestly, its really been a while since i've been able to find a nonviolent, nondisturbing, PG rated, feel-good show... i miss the days of growing pains, cosby show, who's the boss... yep, call me cheesy, but betty will definitely be TIVOed... bring it Girl!

I don't know why I like this show
November 29, 2006
Usually I don't like shows that make fun of people. But Betty is inspiring in her good attitude in the face of all of that negativity. Even my husband likes this show. It is funny, touching & sometimes we get to see people get their comeuppance. I don't know, I just like it & guess what? NO LAUGH TRACK!!! I hate it when the entertainment industry assumes that I am too stupid to know when something is funny. - Linda
