We are introduced to the students in Goddard Fulton's acting class: Krista Allen, a single mom who's tired of playing superficial roles; Brian Greenberg, an ambitious actor whose phony resume has yet to catch up with him; Jennifer Hall a southern girl whose acting career is currently dominated by stand0in work on sitcoms.
Bryan accidentally wears a biker outfit to a cowboy audition; Krista is trilled to get a call-back only to discover that the filmmakers are interested in her son, not her.
Krista tries to update her demo reel to minimize her "sexy" roles; Bryan gets some good news from the "One Tree Hill" producers; Jennifer appears on stage in "Hamlet" to a near empty theater.
Krista messes up a casting interview; Jennifer considers selling her eggs.
Bryan's status on "One Tree Hill" is put into question due to a contract issue; Goddard's ex, Diane Baker, enrolls in the class; Krista gets a lead role in a film that is being directed by a 16-year-old.
