Honestly, if you think Tracy Morgan needs to be fired from this show, you're crazy. He's a wild card-type character that a show like this needs. His ad-libs are the perfect compliment to the fine scripted work that the writers of this show put together. There are more jokes per minute in this show than I've seen since Arrested Development.
