This is arguably the best medical drama of all times. Its characters may not be as good looking as in Grey's anatomy or as smart as in House, but the characters are real and dynamic. The drama and the ethical dilemmas delivered are noteworthy and powerful. I would buy the DVD set in a heartbeat if it ever comes out. I don't understand why it hasn't.
