The Best Show ever!

5 stars
It doesn't cease to amaze me that even after 5 years of ending the show, I'm still a huge geeky fanatic! I used to watch it during my school days, (which I'm 21 btw) not so religiously, used to skip a few episodes but I was very much connected with the whole sitcom. It ended while I was 16 and it didn't hurt so much as I was very much precoccupied with the typical 16 yo obsessions. Now, I'm 21 in med school, all grown up and I got the whole 10 seasons of Friends from a buddy which has grown on me eversince I re-ran it. It has become a ritual to watch an episode or two before I hit the sack. Being a med student can be an absolute [profane] to your life, but these 6 fictional characters have made me go through the pits of life with much ease. My absolute favourite Phoeby Buffay who says and does the weirdest stuff cracks me up everytime while Joey is the best friend anyone can ever get and once you have it's quite a task to lose him. He just grows on you. The rest of the cast played equally striking roles with each one of them bonding in perfect chemistry.

May shows have come and gone, but none comes close to beating Friends.

SCRUBS RUBS ON MY SOUL

5 stars
Well for starters, it's really hard to rate your family and worst still when your family isn't Pinch Test real. I regard SCRUBS as the next best thing that happened to my life since cellphones & non-greasy wet look hairgel. I started watching them much later than it first aired, got it from a friend and right after watching the first 3 episodes, I couldnt stop myself from wanting more and I finished an entire season over a sleepless night. I'm a med student in my fourth year, and watching JD,Elliot,Turk,Carla,Cox,Kelso,Janitor and ofcourse Nurse Roberts was one of the few things that kept me going. It's the next best thing to happen on TV after Friends. It managed to differ from other medical dramas, by exploring the lives of doctors and giving it a very campy twist that gave the medicine world a wide bright smile. It definitely me see the white washed walls of the hospitals, angry dissatisfied nurses, ego empowered doctors and frightened sick patients in a whole new lighter perspective. It made it a less scarier place to be. Beneath that slapstick superficial comedy, it explored many issues on a more serious note. The undying friendship between Turk and JD, a passionate commitment between Turk & Carla, A complicated awkward relationship between JD & Eliot, the fatherly mentor obssessed relationship of JD & Cox and ofcourse the tough cruel Kelso that affected everyones lives. The writers managed to keep up the storyline from the beginning of the show and gave it a believable spark that kept it high up in the ratings. I know that it's gonna be one of the hardest things to say goodbye to knowing that the all these people wont be part of my life anymore, but if there's one thing I've learned from this show, is to grow up and move on.

So, keep up the good work for another season guys. Looking forward for another amazing one!

SCRUBS ROCKS!
