I've been a fan of the books since they came out. I'm not a fan of the Lifetime network and just assumed it would be all sappy. It is possibly one of the best adaptations of a book I've ever seen. Nicely updated, but true to the stories and characters. I can't wait to see more.

Being a fan of the books, at first I was put off by the differences between the TV series and the books. However, after the first few episodes, more odds and ends from the books were introduced into the episodes. I don't care that Harry doesn't drive a blue VW. I like the hockey stick and drum stick. They seem true to the character. As well, I like Bob as a ghost, which allows him a larger, more interactive role in the stories. Here's hoping there is a season two.
