Truly Unforgettable
November 2, 2009I still love V!! I may have only been 6 when it originally came out in '83, but we always had friends and family gather together to watched it. And I still remember every bit of it!!! The cheesiness factor is so campy that it's an instant cult classic. I'm truly eager for the remake to be broadcast tomorrow evening and hope that it lives up to everyone's expectations.. It Was Great!
July 26, 2009Probably the best mini-series to air during the '80's - and in my sci-fi-oriented mind - ever. It's too bad the attempt at converting it into a weekly series failed because it had a lot going for it. But, sci-fi programs seldom really catch on with the average viewer. I love V. And V, The Final Battle. It was a great series that kept you on the edge of your seat wondering what was going to happen next. It did have some 80's cheese in it but it was still great. Would love to know when it will be on again so the kids can see. I mean, whats better than eating hamsters alive and in one bite, getting knocked up by an alien, and peeling off faces to discover lizards underneath.
