Series about a revolutionary sportscar, engineered by a disabled man named Julian Wilkes, which is able to be transformed into a computerized vehicle to fight the crime syndicate known as the Outfit. Helping Julian are Joe Astor, a re-programmed criminal who nows acts as the driver, and Frankie Waters, a car aficionado who wants to join the elite Viper team.
