A longtime employee of a water plant threatens the foreman after losing his job. When the foreman disappears right after that, Jack and the team begin their search. The foreman had laid off a lot of employees right before his disappearance, but the team discovers that the foreman was also having trouble in his personal life with his ex-fiance. Meanwhile, Elena's custody problems continue when the father, Carlos, discovers that his longtime friend, Danny, is involved with Elena.
