Dumbest new show this season
September 28, 2008
It's a show about a retard, who's dating a hottie thats way out of his league. There was nothing even remotely funny about the show. Everything that happened was outrageous and ridiculous, I mean, even with the lights out, how can you mistake a kitchen pot for a toilet?? The only reason to watch this show is for the awesome cleavage shots of Erinn Hayes.

Hope it's as good as the UK version
September 22, 2008
This sounds identical to a UK show a few years ago - "The worst week of my life", which had me in absolute stitches. The first series was the week leading up to the marriage of a couple, where everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. The accident prone groom manages to kill the future in-laws beloved dog, put the grandmother in hospital, lose the family heirloom ring and other such shenanigans.
I look forward to watching this adaptation tonight!

Badly written.
September 23, 2008
Cardboard characters find themselves in contrived situations, and nothing is funny. The lead actor projects some personality, but even at that, the show has him peeing in the stove (because the power went out and he thinks he's in the bathroom) and setting a candle down next to a hanging sheet (because a valued painting needs to be destroyed, and that's the best the writers could come up with). The humor consists entirely of attempts to create embarassment. But the real embarassment is the writing.

What a horrible shoe with no redeeming value!

I can't believe they moved New Adventures of Old Christine for this loser of a show. I give it about three weeks before it get dumped. It's not funny. It's not serious. It's just nothing. What has happened to all the good writers? This loser-show is just a pathetic waste of everyone's time.
