Stars Sound Off on Hurricane Sandy (ABC News)

Though Lindsay Lohan doesn't seem to understand the big deal over Hurricane Sandy, plenty of other celebrities have implored their friends, family, and fans to stay safe as it descends on the east coast.

"We have friends in New York. We are constantly being updated with what is going on in the news," Jessica Alba told ABCNews.com today. "I am now on the way to the airport and getting updates, we want everyone to be safe and we hope the damage isn't as bad as they are anticipating."

Despite the rain and wind, Alec Baldwin was taking care of business today - or, more accurately, helping his dogs take care of business by taking them for a walk in Manhattan.
