First Look at Amber Tamblyn on 'Two and a Half Men' [Exclusive]

Charlie Sheen may be long gone from "Two and a Half Men," but his spirit will still live on this season in the form of Charlie Harper's long-lost daughter Jenny, played by Amber Tamblyn.

In these exclusive first look images, the sassy and self-assured Jenny meets her Uncle Alan (Jon Cryer). And much like her character, Tamblyn's first meeting with Cryer was an audacious one.

"I told Jon Cryer to go 'F' himself in the audition in front of [creator] Chuck Lorre," Tamblyn said. "True story." An interesting tactic!

Jenny, like her father before her, loves women — she's a flirtatious lesbian who wants to break into the acting biz.

"There's definitely a lot of Charlie Harper in the character I'm playing," Tamblyn noted. "She's the modern gay Katharine Hepburn with a sailor's mouth. Her liver is its own superhero."

And even though the title of the CBS sitcom is "Two and a Half Men," Lorre is thrilled to introduce a major female character.

"I think it would be great to have a voice on the show from a different perspective," he told TV critics a few weeks ago. "The show has had enough testosterone to last a lifetime."

As of now, the former "House" star is signed up for five episodes, with the option for more. So far, it's been a great experience for Tamblyn.

"Hands down one of the best experiences of my 20 year career," she raved. "The cast has been incredibly kind and supportive in guiding me through such unfamiliar steps. I've never done a sitcom before, I come mostly from dramatic roles, so there has been a large learning curve for me.

"But everyone, and I mean everyone — from writers to camera operators to wardrobe — have made me feel like a million bucks."

Maybe the spirit of Sheen doesn't live on anymore, then.

Season 11 of "Two and a Half Men" premieres Thursday, 9/26 at 9:30 PM on CBS.
