‘Jersey Shore’ girls talk about the final season — and what’s ahead

Tonight marks the beginning of the end of "Jersey Shore" -- the premiere of the finale season of the reality TV series that popularized the art of … fist-pumping. Yahoo! TV caught up with Jenni "JWOWW" Farley, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, and Deena Nicole Cortese to get the scoop on their last hurrah as well as what's ahead when MTV's breakout show fades to black.

So what can viewers expect during the premiere? "Seeing all of us getting back together and having a friggin' blast," Jenni says. Beyond that, the final season will be a slightly different take on what has been successful formula. "You can expect to see the typical drama -- the fights, the hookups, the fun times," adds Sammi. "But I mean we are living with a pregnant person (Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi) and a guy who's sober (Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino), so you're going to see a little bit of a different spin on things." One episode that is not to be missed? "You're going to want to see Deena's arrest cause that was awesome," promises Jenni. "It was amazing." Deena, who has since been banned from the Seaside Heights, New Jersey, bar that overserved her that day, has no hard feelings that she's no longer welcome there. "That's alright," she says sweetly. "I understand."

What will the girls miss the most about the show? "Living under the same roof and going through our craziness," says Jenni. "The experience has basically been like reliving our early 20s. So we can look back when we're 60, 70, 80, 90 years old and be like, 'Wow, I went through that.'" After being reminded that not too many people get paid to live with their best friends and have a good time, Jenni adds, "Yeah, it doesn't really get better than that. We are able to experience life together. Our whole futures changed because of this show. Me and Nicole met our boyfriends -- who are now our fiancés -- on the show. Now Nicole has a baby because of that. And Ron (Magro) and Sam live together under one big happy roof."

As far as what they won't miss about filming, not a lot. "There was nothing bad about it," says Jenni. "We all went into it knowing that our lives would be exposed, and our ups and downs would be part of the show, and we were all cool with it. So there's nothing that we won't miss. Though actually we will miss the production company -- we love them just as much as our roommates."

The success of the show is actually worldwide -- it now airs in nearly 170 territories -- and the cast has parlayed their GTL fame into many other projects. Deena has her own hair product line, Wisper, and is taking voice lessons in hopes of voicing a cartoon character. She could soon have a weight loss endorsement too. In the new issue of In Touch, she shows off her 15 pound weight loss in a "Baywatch" inspired photo shoot. "It was a struggle -- I yo-yo diet -- but I'm trying to keep this off," says Deena, who is on Jenny Craig. "I really feel good about myself."

Meanwhile, Sammi recently launched an eponymous fitness clothing line for SXE Fitness, which is in addition to having her own perfume and a handbag line. She's also decorating her new home, having recently moved in with Ronnie. "It's going great," Sammi says of cohabitating. "I'm actually really happy right now. It's been a lot of fun. It's taking a little bit of time [to decorate] but we're getting it together."

Of the trio, Jenni is the busiest of all. She wrapped Season 2 of "Snooki and JWOWW" -- or as she calls it "Snook WOWW" -- this week, and has a wedding to plan after becoming engaged to boyfriend Roger on September 14. "Right now I'm trying to figure out what a wedding entails," she laughs. "I want a dream wedding in Vegas. I would love to get married in a church, then have a big reception at a hotel in a huge banquet hall. But I also want to have 500 guests, so I'm not sure how that's going to work [with it being in Vegas]." Rest assured, even if the wedding is in Sin City, it will still be Jersey-fied. "My 'Shore' mates are going to be my bridesmaids -- Deena, Sam, and Nicole," she says. "And then I'm also going to have a couple friends from home. It's going to be a big wedding party -- a good 15 on each side."

All three are also wild for Nicole's son Lorenzo, who was born in August. "'He's a little nugget.' 'He's a peanut.' 'He's so cute,'" they said one after another. Though it isn't giving them motherly urges just yet. When asked if they'll follow in Nicole's footsteps anytime soon, they all quickly answered no.

Something they gave a resounding yes to was whether they'll vacation at the Jersey Shore when the show is over. "I still go down to the shore," said Deena, with Sammi adding, "We all love it there."
