SPOILER ALERT: This recap reveals the elimination results of Week 5 of "Dancing With the Stars."

On Monday's "Dancing With the Stars," the Season 17 celebs went back in time to pay tribute to the most memorable years of their lives. And while the night was full of highs and lows as the stars rehashed their pasts through dance, unfortunately for one couple, one thing isn't in their future: A mirrorball trophy.

In a results shocker, this week's highest scoring couple went home. Following an emotional personal story dance, Christina Milian and her pro partner Mark Ballas became the 4th couple eliminated from the TV dancing competition.

Milian's elimination was especially shocking because not only did her dance score tie for the highest score of the night, but it also nabbed the first 10 of the season — from Len Goodman, no less! Her cha cha was based on the tumultuous year of 2010 when the pop singer gave birth to her daughter and split from her husband. It scored 28 out of 30 points, tying with Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff for the top of the judges' leaderboard. But with the show's new format, it's last week's audience votes that really mattered.

Watch Milian's elimination:

After her elimination was announced, the 32-year-old pop singer said, "We had the best performance tonight that we've had thus far, and to leave on any other note ... it would be this way."

Mark Ballas agreed: "We went out with a bang," he said.

One of the most highly anticipated dances this week was actress Elizabeth Berkley's throwback moment, which came from one of the most iconic "Saved by the Bell" episodes of all time.

Diehard fans of the early-'90s teen sitcom (and current viral YouTube watchers) surely remember the 1990 episode "Jessie's Song," which had Berkley's character, Jessie Spano, freaking out after taking too many caffeine pills. (The stress of her high school studies combined with the pressures of her teen singing group, Hot Sundae, pushed her over the edge.) Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) came to the rescue, but not before Jessie had a major breakdown while singing the classic Pointer Sisters song "I'm So Excited."

Watch Berkley's "I'm So Excited" jive:

Twenty-three years later, it was time to cue up the Pointer Sisters tune again, but this time Berkley was dancing a caffeine-free jive with pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy. While Carrie Ann Inaba said some of the kicks were soft, Bruno Tonioli declared, "No pills, darling! You don't need any pills, you just need to dance!"

Jack Osbourne recounted the "highs and lows" of 2012 (two weeks after he welcomed his first child, Pearl, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis), and his waltz with Cheryl Burke beautifully illustrated his thankfulness for his wife and baby daughter, while getting reviews and a trio of nines from the judges in the process.

Snooki showed her softer side. The "Jersey Shore" alum blamed her hard-partying days on the fact that she was "young and dumb," and said the 2012 birth of her son changed her. So what better way to express that sentiment than a jazz to the Britney Spears song "Work Bitch?" (Hey, it paid off! She "danced her butt off" and scored triple nines.)

Amber Riley went back to 2009 and the year she booked a life changing role on "Glee." Her foxtrot with Derek Hough had judges Inaba and Tonioli gleeful, but Goodman dinged the duo for lack of foxtrot content. Riley and Hough's scores were all over the map: 10, 9, and 7. (Guess who gave them the 7?)
