Johnny Manziel’s sister got fired up over an abusive Duke fan

The family of Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel is no stranger to fan harassment, but during Tuesday’s Chick-fil-A Bowl, Manziel’s sister Meri Manziel had hit her boiling point.

Duke jumped on A&M in the first half and led 38-17 and Manziel had a tough time getting the Aggies offense on the same page. Apparently, that prompted one Duke fan to make some not-so-nice comments about the redshirt sophomore quarterback, which didn’t sit well with his sister.

The tweet was later deleted, but as we all know, nothing you put on the Internet is ever truly deleted and someone managed to get a screenshot.

Of course, Manziel led A&M on a furious second half comeback and the Aggies ultimately won 52-48, which I bet gave Meri Manziel some fine ammunition for the abusive fan. Let’s just hope the fan was able to make it out of the game unscathed.
