Last night, "American Idol's" top eight finalists sang songs of the totally awesome '80s, and while not all of their somewhat safe song choices were that awesome--my "Day After" co-host Matt Whitfield and I would have loved some Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, Devo, or Dokken--it was still a pretty rad episode, with some totally bitchen performances from Joshua Ledet, Colton Dixon, et al.
