Exclusive: ‘Boss’ Stars Dissect the Kane Family Dynamics (Video)

Starz's new original series "Boss," starring Kelsey Grammer ("Frasier"), focuses on Chicago Mayor Tom Kane — a seasoned political figure whose years of experience haven't quite prepared him for his latest challenge: a degenerative neurological disorder.

In these behind-the-scenes interviews, obtained exclusively by Yahoo! TV, Grammer and his fellow co-stars, along with series creator Farhad Safinia, discuss Tom Kane's complex and "tortured" relationship with his wife, Meredith (Connie Nielsen), and estranged daughter, Emma (Hannah Ware).

Boss airs on Fridays at 10pm on Starz.
