Bill Cosby Is a ‘Serial Rapist,’ Explicit New Lawsuit Claims

Bill Cosby has just been slapped with another lawsuit.

The scandal-besieged comedian, who’s been accused of sexual assault or rape by dozens of women, was sued Tuesday by model Chloe Goins, who alleges Cosby sexually assaulted her in 2008 at the Playboy Mansion.

The suit doesn’t mince words, laying out the claims made by dozens of other women before characterizing Cosby as a “serial rapist.”

“[T]he nature of these activities establishes a history of a serial rapist that has been conducting these horrendous activities against women for over the last 40 years,” the lawsuit reads.

Goins accuses Cosby of drugging and assaulting her during a party at the mansion. According to the lawsuit, Cosby gave Goins a drink, after which she “began feeling sick to her stomach and dizzy.” After being escorted by Cosby to a room, the lawsuit alleges, she “blacked out” and later woke up naked.

The lawsuit, obtained by TheWrap, goes into explicit detail.

“Ms. Goins awoke to find that her breasts were wet and sticky, as if someone had been licking them, and Bill Cosby was biting one of her toes as he crouched at the end of the bed,” the lawsuit reads.

In January, Goins was interviewed by an LAPD detective for more than two hours, according to her attorney. Last week, TheWrap reported that Los Angeles County prosecutors are now reviewing the LAPD’s investigation into Goins’ claims.

“The LAPD presented a case regarding Bill Cosby to our sex crimes division yesterday. It’s under review. That’s all I’ll say,” Jane Robison, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said.

In addition to the new lawsuit, Cosby is being sued by Judy Huth, who alleges that he put his hands down her pants and kissed her at the Playboy mansion in 1974, when she was 16. The embattled TV legend is scheduled to be deposed in the Huth case on Oct. 9. Cosby also faces two defamation lawsuits, one filed by model Janice Dickinson and another by three other accusers.

In the wake of the accusations, Cosby has suffered several career setbacks.

His attorney Martin Singer has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment on this latest lawsuit. In the past, Singer has denied accusations made against the comedian.
