Bryan Cranston Wants His Money Back in Amazon’s ‘Sneaky Pete’ Trailer (Video)

Bryan Cranston is a reasonable man who wants a con man played by Giovanni Ribisi to give him his money back in the first trailer for Amazon’s “Sneaky Pete.”

“I’m a very reasonable man. I’m trying to help you,” Cranston’s character tells Ribisi in the pilot episode premiering for free on Amazon Prime on Aug. 7. “You got seven days to give me my money.”

Marin Ireland and Margo Martindale co-star in the crime comedy executive produced by David Shore, Seth Gordon, James Degus, Erin Gunn and Cranston, who only guest stars in the pilot.

“Sneaky Pete” revolves around a con-man (Ribisi) who assumes the identity of his prison cellmate, and cons his way into a family bail bond business. In order to keep the charade up, he plays the part of a skip tracer, taking down criminals worse than himself, all while discovering a family life he’s never had.

Gordon, who directed “Horrible Bosses,” directed the pilot written by Shore. CBS initially passed on the pilot produced by Sony Pictures Television.
