DC's Legends of Tomorrow is expanding its roster of villains even more.

Danish actor Casper Crump has been cast as Vandal Savage on The CW's upcoming spin-off of Arrow and The Flash, TVGuide.com has learned.

Vandal Savage is an immortal figure who has moved through history for the past 6,000 years, influencing dictators and despots in a quest to eventually take over the world.

Crump has starred on several Danish series and will be seen in the upcoming film version of Tarzan.

The casting announcement comes one day after news that Falk Hentschel is joining Legends of Tomorrow as Carter Hall, aka Hawkman. Like Hentschel, Crump will first appear in the planned Arrow/Flash crossover event this fall before recurring on Legends of Tomorrow, which is scheduled to premiere midseason.
