Homeland Actress Will Make Another Killing

After playing a terrorist on Homeland, Marin Ireland is jumping networks to another deadly drama.

The actress will be joining the second season of AMC's mystery series The Killing in a potentially recurring role, TVLine reports. She'll play Liz, a strong-willed blue collar worker who happens to also be the sister of Det. Stephen Holder (Joel Kinnaman).

On Homeland, Ireland played the wife of a suspected anti-American terrorist. She also plays the recurring Nurse Elena on CBS' A Gifted Man.

The Killing kicks off its second season -- in which Rosie Larsen's killer will definitely be revealed -- with a two-hour premiere on Sunday, April 1 at 8/7c on AMC.
