In a statement, a rep for the couple says, "Jane Seymour and James Keach confirm that they are separated and have been for several months. At this time they are negotiating the terms of their divorce. They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they've worked on throughout their marriage."
Seymour, 62, and Keach, 65, were married in 1993 (he directed her in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman) and have 17-year-old twin sons, John and Kristopher. This was Seymour's fourth marriage; she was previously wed to Michael Attenborough, Victor Planer and David Flynn, who shares two children with the actress: Katherine, now 31, and Sean, now 28.
