Finally, some good news for the Today show!
Jenna Bush Hager, the Today correspondent and daughter of former President George W. Bush, gave birth to a baby girl Saturday, according to Today.com. It's the first child for Hager and her husband Henry, and the first grandchild for the 43rd president, who announced the birth in a statement Sunday.
"Laura and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our grandchild, Margaret Laura 'Mila' Hager," Bush said, according to Today. "We met our beautiful granddaughter today. Jenna and Mila are healthy. And our family is elated."
The name comes from Jenna's grandmothers, according to the former president.
Congratulations to the family!
