John Cusack Developing a Movie About Rush Limbaugh
John Cusack is developing a movie about conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh, The Associated Press reports.
The working title of the film is Rush. Cusack's production company, New Crime Productions, is currently finishing the script and production will begin next year, according to the AP. Betty Thomas (Private Parts, The Brady Bunch Movie) is scheduled to direct.
John Cusack gets political in anti-McCain ad
Cusack is said to be starring in the movie, though it's not confirmed in which role. He certainly bears no resemblance to Limbaugh — physically or otherwise. The Say Anything and High Fidelity star is one of the more politically outspoken left-leaning actors in Hollywood.
