Jon Stewart Congratulates Conservatives on Capital Punishment Victory: ‘What The F-ck?’ (Video)

Chins up, conservatives: There are plenty of Supreme Court decisions to go around these days.

While liberals got the news they were hopping for out of the nation’s top court last week — Obamacare holding up and gay marriage being made the law of the land — those on the right now have something to celebrate too, and Jon Stewart was happy to cheer alongside them Tuesday.

He just wasn’t sure what everyone on Fox News was so damn pleased about.

“Did they declare Reagan on all of our currency?” Stewart wondered aloud at his own setup. “Can eagles drive now?”

No, it was merely decreed that that a controversial drug used in executions does not actually violate the Constitution.

“Congratulations,” a trepidatious Stewart said. “What a great victory. So, yes, gay people have the right to marry and poor people have the right to insurance, but on the bright side, Americans can still kill prisoners painfully and everyone else slowly.”

He concluded simply: “What the fuck?”
