Truglio, repped by UTA, manager Andy Corren and  and attorney David Matlof, will play Charles, a recently divorced veteran detective who looks up to the younger Jake (Samberg). The cast of the pilot also includes Terry Crews, Andre Braugher, Melissa Fumera, Stephanie Beatriz and Chelsea Peretti.
